CAD Designer – For Land Development

Responsibilities:
· Create CAD drawings for land development projects (residential and commercial) using Civil 3D software.
· Design grading, erosion control, stormwater, and sewer systems in compliance with regulations.
· Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
· Conduct site visits, surveys, and prepare project documentation.
· Assist in the review and approval process with regulatory agencies.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in land development and CAD design.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or related field preferred.
· 2 years of experience in CAD design for land development projects.
· Proficiency in Civil 3D and strong knowledge of grading, erosion control, stormwater, and sewer design.
· Experience in residential and/or commercial land development projects is desirable.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
